CLIVE, Iowa – May 31, 2018 – An O’Brien County man has won the first top prize in a new Iowa Lottery scratch game.

Coty Neumann of Hartley won a $10,000 prize in the “Lucky X10” scratch game. He bought his winning ticket at White Oak Station, 107 Hospers Drive S. in Hospers, and claimed his prize on May 24 at the lottery’s regional office in Storm Lake.

Lucky X10 is a $2 scratch game. More details about how to play this game, and the number of prizes still up for grabs in it, can be found on the Iowa Lottery’s website, www.ialottery.com.
